This is our 5th visit to Puerto Plata as always it was fantastic. The restaurant is excellent, all staff in the complex go out of there way to be as helpful as possible. The chalets are basic but have everything you need for a relaxing holiday and are cleaned daily. We will book again with you as soon as we are able when the tariffs are posted for Feb 2009.

Spent 11 nights in Puerto Plata from 18th Dec to 29th Dec 2004. Had already been there in May for a week and that's why we went back. This is an excellent complex to stay in if you are fit to climb a good few steps but it also has a lift. The apts are very well laid out and so compact tho spacious for 2 sharing. Very clean and the maid service is top class, towels were changed every second day and the linen was changed regularly too. This complex has so much to offer e.g a beautiful restaurant, 2 bars and a supermarket plus a hair salon. The gardens are so well kept and the cleanliness of the whole area leaves alot to be desired. It is central to all amenities and the taxis are very very reasonable. The staff at this aparthotel are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Puerto Rico and I look forward to my next visit there in 2005...
