We just returned from a five night stay. Decent value for the money. Nice and attentive staff, mostly Italians. A/C works great, nice little jacuzzi on the third floor. GREAT LOCATION, it sits on Avenida Quinta and 28, this section is quite European, great selection of resturants on same block, Arabic, Italian, Mexican, Sushi, Mexican again,. Area is quiet in comparaison to a few blocks down, if you ignore all of the construction going on. The best beach in Playa is two blocks directly infront of the hotel. Continental breakfast is included via a cupon for a resturant one block away. Free access to beach club. Room service available via the Italian resturant next door, nice people, good food, great little desserts. Playa is Nacionales and Europeaos during June, July & August, puro americanos Oct, Nov & Dec.
