We went to Germany to visit the Christmas Markets.
The hotel was very big and clean. The rooms were lovely, spaceous and clean. On arrival we received free sweets and a small bottle of wine. The bathroom came supplied with soap, shampoo, shower gel and shower cap, the floor was also heated. There was also two showers in the same bath! The rooms have a control to pull shutters over the outside window. They also have a trouser press provided. All rooms have a mini bar so beware. They are cleaned daily.
Breakfast was delicious, buffet style, we were guaranteed not to go hungry and it had food for everyones taste.
It is a short tram ride to Cologne centre.
It is 5 star and we were in our element.
Great hotel, would stay here again if we go back :)
