The Rialto Hotel is idealy located for most places with easy access to Metro etc.
Hotel staff warm and friendly.
Close to Las Rambles but not really worth its name as its just a long High Street with activity - Statue Men/Women and Pet Shops.
Hotel is clean, comfortable and safe.
Rooms are small but ok for two and bathrooms/showers are of a good quality.
Breakfast was ok, pleanty choice as long as you have your ticket.
Safe Deposit boxes in room to rent.
Some renovation going on and was a little noisy.
Barcelona a great City to visit but we had some nice meals, some ok and a few poor and we are experienced food people.
Don't go for the Restaurants near Les Rambles as more expensive and not the best.
Nice snack bar for Lunch opposite Hotel and a nice Tapas opposite Metro at Jaume 1 which is a short walk away, also a great Chineese around the corner from there.
Picasso Museum not up to much and not a touch on the one in Paris.
Visit "Parc Guell", "Sagrada Familia", "Barri Gotic" and "Port Olimpica".
Good Restuarants at Port Olimpica too.
Travelled from Newcastle upon Tyne on Easyjet for £112 for two return flights and 5 days in Rialto Hotel with "asiaRooms.com for £215 and realy good deal for a short holiday but you may need to plan and book well ahead.
We will go back to Barca one day and would use the Rialto.
