Me & my husband had a great holiday in the Riu Nautilus . The hotel cant be faulted at all. The only problem is that when we came home we both had to go on diets, the food was so good. It is situated a short walk from Benalmadena Marina . the back gate to the hotel leads you on to the lovely promanade which is nice & flat , and makes it a nice leisurely stroll to the Marina. The cleaniless in the hotel is superb, we even had sheets changed again , even though we were going home in 2 days, fresh towels every day & you could hire pool towels too for a small deposit. The rooms are very spacious , with plenty of drawer & wardrobe space and the bathroom is bright & clean with a good mirror and 2 basins. The toilet & bidet is through a doorway leading from the bathroom, although it is just a doorway, no door, it does keep it out of the way of drying when you get out of the shower, which again is very good, with plenty of power & hot water.There is a table & 2 chairs in the bedroom, and also on the decent sized balcony.Noe back to the food, I have never seen as much variety in any hotel before, and the quality was there too. Both at breakfast and dinner, some things were cooked in the dining room by the chef , and the deserts were to die for, loads of choice there too . The entertainment wasnt my taste , but a lot of people enjoyed it, it was mostly different duo's singing and playing keyboard, with the odd exception of a Flamenco night & magician.The waiters in the bar were very friendly especially Adrian, he is so friendly & speaks perfect English and German & French too.The pool snack bar food was good too, all in all, a fantastic hotel.
