Good location in Meloneras. Rooms, entertainment, and food all excellent. Good pool, also gym facilities and therapy room for reiki etc. Parking facilities not great, usually you have to use the overflow carpark which means borrowing a special key from reception every time you go in and out. Dinners, although mainly buffet style, are slightly formal, with suited managerial staff greeting you on the way in and waiters topping up your glass every 5 minutes with one arm behind their back - personally I find this kind of thing a bit uncomfortable. But overall a very nice hotel, entertainment in particular was usually first rate, with a big variety of professional performers over the course of our stay.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. It was luxurious without being stuffy. The food was fantastic. Dinner was a fabulous buffet with different options each night. If you wanted a change you could eat in the poolside restaurant, a la carte, at no extra charge. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were large and comfortable. Lovely, big pool towels were provided every day. My 16 year old daughter and I stayed during half term and expected the hotel to be busy but to our amazement there were plenty of sunbeds and for the first time on a holiday we didn't have to 'bagsy' sunbeds before breakfast!!

I would say that 50% of the guests were over 60 but there were several families there with babies and very young children. Most of the guests were German.

I particularly liked this hotel because there were no members of staff constantly pestering you to play volley ball or do aqua aerobics because they didn't offer it!! However the evening entertainment was good.

The resort is quite new but has several nice shops and cafes / restaurants. I felt very safe walking about at night.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone with children of school age because they would be bored. It's ideal for those who want a nice, relaxing holiday in the sun just as we did and was very good value for money.

We had a really good holiday and I would definitely go back. I didn't want to come home!!
