I took my mother-in-law for a well deserved holiday as she is disabled as the result of a stroke and in a wheelchair. We were on half board. Everything at the hotel was marvellous from start to finish. The staff in particular could not have been more helpful - they were outstanding. The outside of the hotel is not particularly attractive but inside the rooms are very spacious and our bathroom was huge and well-appointed with disabled facilities (although the toilet and bed were both a little low). It would have been nice to have an alarm clock in the room and also tea and coffee making facilities. The buffet restaurant was of a very high standard and although the menu did not vary that much from night to night there was so much choice that this was not a problem. The food was beautifully presented. The swimming pool area, overlooking the sea, was beautifully landscaped and the heated pool was fully accessible to my mother-in-law as it was ramped with a handrail. We were not in a position to enjoy the other sporting facilities but they looked good! I enjoyed a very relaxing back massage at the spa one day. The evening entertainment and the other bars were also very pleasant. This is not a hotel designed purely for disabled people - I think there were 4 people there in wheelchairs, all with their families - but all the facilities are fully accessible. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone - I would rate the staff and service particularly highly.
