Stayed once but never again. The hotel is unclean, and staff un professional.
I stayed for a long weekend.....but checked out after ONE Night due to:
No Heating in the Rooms - Nor would reception provide a Heater !!!!!
Windows - Supposed to be glazed in some way (With What)
No Hot Water @ 6am even thou I needed to be out of the hotel by 8am and wanted breakfast......told that the boilers had not come on !!!! - Even though I paid £150.00 for the night I could still not have HOT WATER!!!!
When I complained at Reception the attitude from the Female Supervisor was "who Cares" and the receptionist had the same attitude as well !!!!
When I ask for a Taxi to be called I was offered a Phone and told to do it myself. Porter service (Does Not Exsist). Breakfast bad....the food was all cold or not cooked correctly and this was at 7.30am when the Breakfast room had only just Opened.
My advice STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS HOTEL AND ITS SISTER HOTEL IN MANCHESTER!!!

well i have stopped in 3 hotels in manchester this is classed as 2* in all brochures.
Hotel generally ok, food not bad for brekkie.
room well if you like ghost hunts perfect we were on an inner room(no window). Our room was dirty, ceiling looked like it was smeared with blood, light fitting on ceiling didint work. when we finally went bed, was woken up in the early hours by a switch noise followed by the illuminsous flashing light above the pretend window picture of a beach. this light had preiously not worked. fella went to swtich it off, again switched itself on. aprox 3 times in night even heard switching noise. never again! spooky.
