| Salou Review: | | Written by Mabosa on 22 Oct 2002 about a trip in Jul 2002.
| This was my 2nd time to this area of Spain and once again I found it to be very welcoming. I have a family with mixed needs (16 and 12 year old) and Salou can accomodate both. The promenade is just great for people watching especially on a Sunday night when locals are out and about. Some of the restuarants can become overly busy and whilst they don't exactly chase you it is made known that you are finished. A great pizza to be had within the pizza place on the beach.
My advice if you are vegeterian is to learn a few words because " no meat" can be interpretated as "not a lot of meat" or as said in the Royal Family Thin Ham will be OK. |
