Just retruned from Santandria Playa having spent a week there (school hols). Very clean hotel, friendly staff very close to beach - out of the front door - and you are there....
We went half board Food OK, little or no choice for vegetarians (salads...).
They would prepare you a packed lunch instead of evening meal, but what you got was decided by what was left after breakfast.
Good selection of evening meals, on the last night we had "fantasy soup" (Magic mushrooms?).
Bar prices OK but no atmosphere, could have been due to this being the last week of the season.
Room cleaned every day, towels changed every day bed linen once per week.
