I have just got back after a week staying at the Coral Playa. I have no complaints apart from there not being much choice of food for vegetarians. The rooms and the hotel in general was always clean and tidy, and the reception staff are all English. There is always a lifeguard on duty for all the kids and there is a bar next to the pool that serves food.I found the beach better for sunbathing rather than next to the pool as there was more shade there. The beach is only a short distance away as is a little shop which sells almost anything for very reasonable prices. (including oreo cookies!)

Well this is the first time for us at the coral playa although not Es cana. So we were really looking forward to it.
The Hotel itself is very clean and what i thought was comfortable, there was three of us in one room looking over the pool.The food was excellent but very busy so if you weren't the first ones in you had to wait,but no fault with the food,But can't say that about the drinks most night you had to queue for a drink which somenights were LONG ones so by the time you got it and sat down it was time to get up and get another one.The entertainment was very good but not really much with the younger kids like in most hotel (the mini disco) but the kiddie reps worked really hard alday to keep the kids happy
The pool is small but does have a life guard there which is excellent although you do have to be up early if you want a sunbed. The Towel brigade were just waiting to put the union jacks on the sunbeds.The barmen are great after a couple of days they knew what you wanted.
All in All a very good holiday would go again but not in june
