The rooms were of a good size and kept fairly clean.
The bath/shower were also ok but could be updated to a better standard.
We had breakfast included which was nothing to write home about, and i wouldn't recommend choosing all-inclusive, as we ate at the buffet the first night we arrived, which was old, dry and expensive compared to local restaurants.
The main pool area is nice, and there is also a seperate smaller pool area which is less crowded.
The location of the hotel isn't bad because it's not far from the sea, however it does not actually have access to the beach, even though they make it appear so from the pictures.
There is in fact a beach bus that runs every half hour in the mornings and afternoons that take you to the beach area that belongs to the hotel. There aren't many public (open) beaches, only a few and they seemed to get pretty packed and not so enjoyable.
