| | Found the touts too much - you couldn't lie on the beach for longer than 2 minutes without having someone offer you a camel ride! Sousse is very busy and bustly and not the place to choose for a quiet relaxing holiday. Also found the exploitation of animals (feed a motherless baby camel, take a picture with a terrified baby fox etc) and the many stray cats very upsetting (being an animal and especially a cat lover). Sea is nice and going to the Sahara, on a salt lake etc is a real experience but sadly doesn't make up for the things mentioned further up. |
