We arrived at the Triton Hotel quite late in the evening, at about 10.00pm as our flight from the UK had been delayed. We were greeted with a very warm welcome, the Receptionist spoke very good English and recommended a good taverna where we could get a late meal. the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, with a hairdryer and soaps/shampoos/bath foam etc. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had an excellent night's sleep. There was air conditioning but we did not really need to use this. Next morning the buffet breakfast was all you could wish for, with hot and cold options, the dining room was clean and comfortable, very peaceful and not at all busy. there was an outside area where you could sit and look across the road to the beach and the sea.
The hotel is located just along the beach road to the east of the town. only a few minutes walk from the harbour and the marina. We were very impressed with our stay, albeit only for one night, and will definitely use this hotel again. Full marks!
