Triton Palm Court: Triton Hotel by Brian Hollingsworth

Agree with most of the comments.. Staff very friendly and helpfull and the hotel is in a excellant position..close to the beach and bars etc...

Some of the rooms at the back are overlooked on both sides and the hotels next door are in touching distance from your balcony !!.. or it feels like that..Insist on a room that isnt there Managed to change rooms though.

Another thing to point out ..Not all the rooms have air con..

Thought it could do with a ' bit of a refurb' as the rooms and the reception area are a bit tired.

Go.. You wont regret it..

Most of my comments seem negative but it is a good hotel and yes ... I would go again

We have been staying at the Triton from it first opened 16years ago. We go twice a year usually May & September the reason the weather is just nice not to hot or cold like a good Engkish summer in or around 82 degrees. The hotel itself is family owned and the staff are wonderful they cant do enough for you. If you require advice they will surely give it and if you need to go to doctor's etc they will get you there. The food is first class and at breakfast there is always plenty staff on hand to get you what you want. Huseyin on the reception is very good along with the girl that stands in when he is off her name escapes me at the moment the same as the lad on at night. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and the linen sheets towels etc are changed frequently in fact the whole hotel is done every day. The small pool is adeqautet for cooling down and there is a bar and snack service all day beds are provided free. The rooms are a good size and have TV and telephones, this year all of the rooms and landings were recarpeted and furniture redone it was quite impressive. Location on the main road out of town meaning that it is a ten minute dander to the beach less if you are younger than me. Dolphin Square is a short walk so all the bars and restaurants are close to hand Kismet Ege Cheers Swan etc, the shopping centre is just across the road and the buses for Soke are also there. Buses to the water park pass the front door as does the small buses to the market on a Saturday and up to the village were shopping is good, the supermarket Gima & Tuntas is only minutes up the road. What have I left out only that my wife and I have our bookings made for next year, the hotel will transfer you if you go on a flight only basis to the hotel rates are reasonable £130.00 for 2 weeks in May B&B transfers both way included slightly dearer for the rest of the months prices are available from me and I dont get commissin we just love the Triton further questions you can EMail me or send a private message Bye for now Norman
