Just back yesterday and had a good time, accommodation very clean indeed and spacious. Definitely IS right on the beach, no argument, although the water is very shallow for about 200 yards so nothing to get too excited about
Not sure whether it was the time of year but there were NO teenagers at all for our pair to socialise with ( either older/elderly couples or those with very young children ( one had a VERY noisy baby.....)) which could be a major problem. Luckily ours sorted themselves out and made friends at night in the bars in Tsivili
There is no pool bar ( despite the info attached to this hotels's review ) and so there was also no loud music all day and no drink/food residue left around the spotless pool-side. The restaurant was averagely-priced and the food was average. The "greek night" provided surprisingly good food and was very reasonable at 12.5 Euros for 3 courses plus unlimited wine. The weekly karaoke on Tuesday ddin't last long as no-one went to it !
Pools are not heated and so 95% of guests never used them as the sea was twice as warm, and theer is no lifeguard anyway.
The shop was poorly stocked ( end of season ?) and made the management plea to "respectfully not bring food from anywhere else into the accommodation" a bit of a good joke !
Overal, if you want very spoaxcious, clean accommodation and peace and quiet then this accommodationis very good indeed. A large number of eating places are as litle as 5 minutes walk away and theer is a very cheap bus ( 1 Euro for a 15 minute ride ) into Zante town
Maybe it's all very different ithe high season and maybe there is an influx of football shirt-wearers but I'd be surprised.

It was my friend michelle and myselfs first time to greece. This hotel proved to be an excellent choice. The location was perfect as it is right next to the beach and some of the apartments have fantastic views of the sea (ours was one of them room 210). There are 2 large swimming pools in which to cool off in and plenty of sunbeds so no need to get up early to bag your spot round the pool!!!! All the staff are very friendly and helpful, Illios the guy on night reception became our friend and we had many a late nite chatting away to him on our drunken return to the hotel.The only thing that is not quite so fantastic is the breakfast!!! not alot of choice and if you dont like bread, ham and cheese your stuffed basically!!! We would definately return to this hotel we thought it was the best in Tsilivi by far.
