Tuntas: Really Nice. by Sarah Lou Williams |
| Posted 07 September 2005 about a visit in May 2005 | Overall rating: 8.5 |
Me and my partner stayed here in June. It was very clean and tidy. The maid came in every day to clean our room or change the bed linen, but they came a bit too early, as we were on the first floor. The view was lovely as it was the beach we faced and. There are nice bars and restraunts close by. Most lively bars are a bit of a walk but the heat's nice at night with a bit of a breeze, so the walk was nice. We will stay at this hotel on our next visit as this is the nicest hotel we have stayed in in Altinkum.

Tuntas: Tuntas hotel: The only place to go! by Turkish-delight |

I went here with my family and friend for a week and it was the most enjoyable holiday yet!
The staff were friendly and willing to help. The hotel is in an ideal location just a few metres away from the beach so we sould easily reach our rooms to shower down after the beach without a long walk! Our rooms were always kept tidy by the cleaner/maid although my one complaint would be that she came a little too early for me, but that was easily sorted with the "do not disturb" sign. Even then she would come back later!
I would advise anyone staying at the hotel to request to be moved to a room overlooking the carpark, as I found these rooms to be bigger and more modern than the other rooms. Although the view from these is not fab, you can still see the sea!
We found it easy to move rooms and were not charged for doing this! As I only stayed bed and breakfast I dont know personally what the food was like but I have heard from the other guests that it was quite good (although not fabulous) but the restraunt was full every night! I enjoyed my stay here so much and I wouldn't think twice about returning!
