This hotel is excellent value and i was indeed warey as have read some bad reviews.
I would stay here again if i ever go back to gran canaria for a 2* all inclusive it is excellent i have stayed in 3* that are much worse !!
Entertainment is german but they did say it in english afterwards food was ok and very friendly staff
As two star hotels go it is excellent, but if you are wanting for star standard you wont find it here like i say you get what you pay for

I had read horrific reviews of this complex the day before I flew out. I was dreading getting there but when I did, I was pleasantly surprised. The apartments are very spacious and clean, though they do suffer from a lack of air conditioning. The pool area is kept clean and tidy, as are the main pool and the jacuzzi which, strangely enough, is cold! Nonetheless it was very refreshing and much used. Sadly, because the main client base is German, all the entertainment seems to be directed toward the German guest. However, apparently English clients have only been holidaying there over the past few months, so maybe it will change. All in all, the Turbo Club is very good value for money, after all you get what you pay for and a week all inclusive there can be had for less than £350, not bad at all. :-)
