Our daughter and her family live on Newnham Green, so we quite often stay at Tylney Hall. On arrival at the hotel, there was no record of our reservation. Despite being very busy with wedding receptions etc, the receptionist quickly found us a very large comfortable room equivalent to a significant upgrade and we had a very comfortable stay. Lunch in the restaurant was excellent value for money. Breakfast superb with a very wide range of choices from th menu or buffet. Our only complaint was that the bath and shower water was only tepid. The hotel receptionist and assistant manager apologised for this and were clearly concerned as there had been some kind of malfunction with the heating and hot water system.
The hotel was clean very comfortable with attentive staff coping well with a very busy weekend.
