The whole experience was a nightmare,i really wish we had read the reviews before we went.The food was appalling and the staff were rude,the only nice thing was the actual resort, the beach was lovely,we just chose the wrong hotel,so please please read the reviews before you go it is the worst holiday we as a family have ever been on, a few mistakes are ok and are bound to be made but this was absolutely ridiculous i would never ever go there again,and the sad thing is as we have had a bad experience at this hotel it has painted a bad picture for us of Crete so we will probably never go to Crete again.

HOW EASY IS IT TO GET A TAXI FROM HERAKLION AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL? I AM VERY WORRIED AS THE COMPANY WE BOOKED WITH DO NOT PROVIDE TRANSFERS.

I have just booked online for a shuttle transfer with www.travelrepublic.com its cost £41.00 return for two people, the journey will take 20 mins
