Hotel was modern and extremely comfortable. Food was excellent as was cleanliness and service. Didn't use health club/swimming pool but it looked lovely. Golf course is excellent as well. We have stayed there before and have never been disappointed.
On the downside we were unable to reserve a table in the dining room when we checked in and had to use the grill room. It was good but we would have thought as residents we would have been able to eat in the dining room of the hotel. Again, we knew where the hotel was and as we were visiting friends in the area that was okay but it is about half an hour out of Glasgow City Centre so if you are visiting the Westerwood please be aware of its location.
