This hotel is fantastic. We arrived very late from Hawaii & we were given a brilliant room ( almost a suite) with fantastic views overlooking union square. The standards were very high & the location is excellent. The cable car stops outside the front door of this hotel. The food at the hotel is excellent. The bathroom was one of the best I've seen in a hotel, the shower was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in San Francisco.
