Awful! Room smelling of sewage from the broken toilet discharge. One of our party had a baby and were given the room above the dance floor where a live band were on until midnight - the noisiest room in the hotel. Cracked ceilings, flaking paint, tatty furniture. No hot water in the morning. Dreadful. Sent complaint to Brook Hotels head office by registered post + e-mail - didn't even get the couertesy of a reply.
First and last time I'll stay there.
