1. How do I add a hotel review? |
First find the hotel that you want to review using the search box at the top right of the page. Go to the 'Reviews' page for the hotel and click the 'Write a review' button. Fill in the form and your review will be sent to our Editorial team who will read it, check that it meets our review guidelines and approve it for publication on the site.
Please note: Until the Editorial team checks your review, it will be hidden from other users, but can be seen by you.You can only review hotels on the site and cannot add your own.

2. How do I update or delete a review? |
Login and find the hotel that you reviewed using the search box. Go to the 'Reviews' page and click the 'update' or 'delete' link next to your review.

3. How do I add a photo? |
First write a hotel review and then click the links to attach photos to it.

4. How do I ask a question? |
First find the hotel that you are interested in, go to the 'Reviews' page and then click 'Ask Question'. As with reviews, your question will be reviewed by our Editorial team before being published on the site.
